Stellantis unveils an ambitious 2025 strategy, focusing on stronger dealer collaboration, increased advertising, and new product launches to drive sales and customer engagement.

Stellantis Unveils Growth Strategy at NADA Convention

AUBURN HILLS, Mich. — Stellantis North America executives presented a bold 2025 strategy to Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep®, and Ram dealers at the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) convention in New Orleans, emphasizing collaboration, transparent incentives, and product innovation to drive sales and strengthen dealer relationships.

Speaking at the annual closed-door meeting, Antonio Filosa, North America Chief Operating Officer, assured dealers that Stellantis is committed to removing barriers, aligning strategies, and ensuring a successful year ahead.

“We are fully committed to strengthening our partnerships with dealers, and that begins with a renewed focus on collaboration,” Filosa said.

Dealers to See Consistent Incentives, Increased Marketing

Acknowledging the challenges of 2024, Stellantis emphasized dealer confidence and trust as key elements of its growth strategy. Jeff Kommor, Head of U.S. Sales, reassured dealers that the company will focus on consistency, competitive pricing, and clear incentive programs.

“We told dealers—directly—that we will be consistent and focus on gaining their trust, especially when it comes to our products, our pricing, and our incentives,” Kommor said.

Stellantis also announced a return to pre-pandemic advertising levels, including high-profile marketing efforts such as Jeep and Ram commercials during the Big Game on February 9.

Product Expansion: New Vehicles and Powertrains in 2025

Stellantis plans to broaden its vehicle lineup with a mix of internal combustion (ICE), hybrid, and electric models:

  • Ram 1500 Expansion – More affordable trims and the debut of the Ram 1500 Ramcharger, a range-extended electric truck.
  • Dodge Charger Returns – Gas-powered Dodge Charger models will launch by summer 2025.
  • Jeep Lineup Growth – Introduction of three all-new Jeep nameplates with options for ICE, hybrid, and electric powertrains.

These new products align with Stellantis’ Dare Forward 2030 vision, aiming to deliver clean, safe, and affordable mobility solutions while achieving a carbon net zero target by 2038.

Dealers Express Optimism Over Stellantis’ 2025 Vision

Following the two-hour strategy session, dealers expressed enthusiasm over Stellantis’ commitment to collaboration, clear incentives, and an aggressive product roadmap.

With Jeep and Ram positioned as key sales growth drivers, Stellantis is focused on quality, customer experience, and optimized inventory management.

“We have confidence that 2025 is going to be a great year for the company and dealers alike,” Kommor said.
