The festival, which starts on Thursday, July 20th, and runs all weekend, is a delightful mix of small-town charm and big-city fun, with something for everyone – from food trucks to live music to a car show. And let’s not forget the exciting events like the Wing Fling Eating Championship, a downtown parade, a tractor pull competition, and much more.
The Farmer’s Summerfest is set to kick off with a variety of activities including garage and sidewalk sales, golf and dart tournaments and the much-awaited return of the “Anything Goes” Games. Over the course of the weekend, you can look forward to pickleball matches, art exhibitions, food trucks, a kids’ parade, a glow disc golf tournament, and the crowning ceremonies for the festival queen, prince, princess, and the “most beautiful baby.” There’s also a cash raffle worth $2,500 to support the lineup of events.
The festival continues with a range of activities for sports fans, an Auto & Motorcycle Show, activities for kids, an Art Show, food trucks, a BINGO session, and Ag Olympics. The celebration wraps up on Sunday with a unique Then and Now Tractor Show, more Art Shows, a Chicken BBQ and Ice Cream Social, and a Pool Tournament.
